Hello,

with 6 years of experience in project management, I have successfully led various digital initiatives, ranging from website development to mobile app launches and debit card rollouts. As a Product Owner, I have specialized in Agile (Scrum) methodologies, working closely with development teams to prioritize features, refine user stories, and address any roadblocks. My role also involves managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring that projects are aligned with business goals. My main objective is to deliver high-quality projects that enhance the user experience while meeting deadlines.

2023 - Today | Product Owner

Creation of Physical and Virtual Debit Cards (Malta & Belgium)

To provide a daily payment solution for bank users, physical and virtual debit cards were introduced with the following actions:

  • Development of the “Card” section on the website and mobile app, integrating features such as “Order a card,” “Freeze a card,” “View card details,” and “Replace card.”
  • Design and optimization of the user experience, based on user feedback (Friends & Family) and current design trends.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the design, functionality, translations, and notifications, while incorporating user feedback.
  • Backlog and user story management, with task prioritization based on importance and urgency (160 open tickets).
  • Daily communication with stakeholders (developers, UX designers, legal, QA) to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
    Full translation of interfaces with the Belgian teams to provide a seamless user experience in both French and Dutch.
  • Roadmap tracking for upcoming features.

Management, Modification, and Creation of Savings Accounts in Malta, Belgium, and the Netherlands

  • Managed, modified, and created savings accounts, including rate adjustments, account closures, and the introduction of new offers in compliance with local regulations.
  • Launched the “Essential Savings” offer for the Belgian market, which involved defining requirements, creating the form and wireframes, developing the interfaces, validating with authorities, and conducting user testing before production.

Utilization of Figma to document and analyze all user interactions for the “Daily Banking Services” sections of the website and mobile app. The main goal was to identify areas for improvement to optimize the user experience and reduce the number of clicks required to perform various actions. This initiative was driven by the user experience team.

Daily communication with various stakeholders (Developers, UX designers, Technical Product Owner, legal team, Business Officer, Quality Assurance) to ensure regular project updates and adherence to launch dates.

Daily backlog and user story management in collaboration with stakeholders, which involved documenting, creating, prioritizing, and closing various tickets based on the importance and urgency of each task (backlog included 160 open tickets).

This involved understanding the requirements, creating the user journey, and functional specifications, monitoring the progress of the project, providing training on the tool, and optimizing, improving, and updating the website to ensure its effectiveness and relevance over time.

Technical and editorial overhaul of the communication intranet:

As a project manager, I successfully coordinated the transition from SharePoint CMS to Drupal 8, thereby enhancing the user experience within the company. This initiative involved a comprehensive analysis of needs and reports, followed by meticulous design of the user journey and functional specifications. I led the agile management of the backlog, effectively coordinated various development phases during sprints, and ensured smooth communication between teams.

In addition to technical management, I also directed the team’s training in using the new tool, ensuring a seamless and rapid adoption of Drupal 8. This experience showcased my ability to reconcile sharp technical skills with a strategic vision, while also ensuring the training and engagement of stakeholders.

Technical and editorial overhaul of the communication intranet:

As project manager, I led the complete overhaul of the communication intranet, replacing the SharePoint CMS with Drupal 8. This transition began with a meticulous analysis of user needs and requirements, followed by detailed design of the user journey and functional specifications. I closely supervised the project implementation, ensuring agile management of the backlog and facilitating various stages of development during sprints.

Simultaneously, I played a pivotal role in training the team on the new tool, organizing personalized training sessions, and providing continuous support. This approach facilitated a smooth transition to Drupal 8 and fostered rapid adoption of its advanced features, thereby enhancing efficiency and collaboration within the company.

As webmaster for the Orange Wholesale France website on WordPress, I ensured the daily management and smooth operation of the site. My responsibilities included regular content updates, technical maintenance, and optimization of site performance and security. Creation and management of a shared services offer:

As project manager, I played a crucial role in conceptualizing and implementing a turnkey solution for creating websites using WordPress. This initiative was remarkable as it led to the expansion from 2 websites to over 20 within a span of 2 years. I was directly involved in supporting Orange entities from the initial ideation phase to the successful launch of their websites. My responsibilities included identifying client needs, designing the offer, and coordinating technical teams throughout the process. Additionally, I played an essential role in training communication teams on the necessary tools, facilitating smooth adoption of this new solution.

Technical and editorial redesign of the orange.com institutional website and group intranet:

In this mission, I was actively engaged in all phases of the redesign, from analyzing user needs to implementing new features on the Drupal 8 CMS. As an apprentice project manager, I closely collaborated with various involved teams, coordinated schedules, and supervised developments. I also played a crucial role in training communication teams on the new tools, facilitating their transition to the new platform.

Monitoring the development of a native iOS and Android mobile application (Orange News):

I was tasked with supporting the development monitoring of the Orange News mobile application as a project manager. This involved coordinating development teams, managing functional requirements, overseeing testing, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. As the primary point of contact between developers and stakeholders, I facilitated communication and ensured project objectives were aligned with company expectations.
